How do I get help with a product?
Use the contact form and choose the product, or email us. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and any message you saw.
A run stopped partway. Do I have to start again?
No. Reel Studio can resume a stopped run and skip the steps that finished. Fix the cause (for example a missing file or a sign-in) and continue.
Can I publish the videos straight away?
Uploads from our products are always private. Review each video, check the pictures and script, and publish from YouTube Studio when you are happy.
