Our products help you gather material and produce videos quickly. Speed does not remove the need to check what you publish. This page explains where the risks are and what you are responsible for.
Pictures and video from the web
Our tools can search for and download pictures related to a story, including photos from news articles. These pictures belong to other people. We do not grant you any right to use them. Before publishing, confirm that you have permission or that a licence or legal exception covers your use, and replace any picture you are not sure about with one you own or have licensed.
Music
Only add background music that you own or are licensed to use commercially. Platform rules (for example on YouTube) may also apply to music in your videos.
News text and AI-written scripts
Scripts are produced with the help of AI from articles and headlines. They can contain errors, omit context, or reflect a source's bias. Read and correct every script before you publish, and check facts that matter. Articles are used to inform the script; do not publish copied text from the original sources.
Publishing and uploads
Our tools upload videos to YouTube as private only. Publishing is a separate step you take, and you remain responsible for the content and for following the platform's terms and the law.
Your responsibility, and ours
You are responsible for the material you publish and for having the rights to it. If you believe something we host or provide infringes your rights, contact [copyright contact email] as described in Copyright & Trademarks.
